You can complete the readiness check and download its report without providing contact details. Answers remain in browser memory unless you choose to submit them. Optional submissions contain your business contact details, message, consent choices and, when shared, your practice profile and assessment answers. Do not submit patient information, passwords or other sensitive credentials.
How we use information
We use submissions to respond to requests, review shared findings and provide requested services. Optional follow-up requires your permission. Report delivery, when offered, requires separate consent. We do not sell submitted information, enroll visitors in marketing lists, or use assessment answers for advertising or session replay.
Hosting and security
The website is hosted by Amazon Web Services in the United States. Authorized staff and service providers may process information as needed to operate and protect the site. We use encrypted connections, encrypted submission storage and access controls. Technical request information is processed for site operation and abuse prevention. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Retention
Website submissions are normally removed from the active database after 90 days through scheduled cleanup. Backup copies may remain until their separate retention periods expire. Security and administrative records follow separate retention schedules. Information handled under a paid engagement is governed by that engagement’s terms.
Your choices and requests
Sharing findings and permitting optional follow-up are your choices. You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw follow-up permission, through our contact form. Include only the details needed to identify your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting; applicable rights and exceptions depend on your circumstances.
